Psychosynthesis is not only a depth psychology but it is also a way of life.
The main focus in psychosynthesis psychotherapy is to help clients:

How we’ll work together?
After an intake session we see if we click and work together and spend a few sessions to build trust between each other. We start every session as a new possibility keeping in mind the goal of therapy and also going along with lots of flexibility, always focusing on what issue is present in the moment. I do not have a set scheme though we spend quite some time to understand where you come from and what your goals are. I use several techniques and I use mostly my intuition to decide when to use what technique. Most often healing happens in the therapeutic connection.

EMDR therapy
EMDR is a structured therapy that helps people process traumatic memories. The core technique involves rhythmic eye movements or other bilateral stimulation (left-right), which helps „unlock” stored, unprocessed memories. These traumatic memories can cause everything from PTSD to anxiety disorders and are often stuck in the brain’s neural networks in their original, distressing form. EMDR taps into the brain’s natural healing process. When we experience trauma, our brain sometimes can’t process the event properly, leaving us with „frozen” memories that trigger stress, anxiety, or emotional turmoil long after the event is over. EMDR helps to „unfreeze” these memories and integrate them in a healthier way.
Studies have shown EMDR is highly effective, not just for PTSD but for a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, panic attacks, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, phobias, grieg & loss, chronic stress.
During the process I help you to focus on a specific traumatic memory while guiding you through a set of bilateral eye movements. This process helps to desensitize the emotional charge linked to the memory, allowing the brain to reprocess the event in a more adaptive and less distressing way. The result? Significant reduction in symptoms like flashbacks, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and nightmares.
