Ways to the self logó

Breathwork is a tool in finding the path to yourself & working with your nervous system

We breathe and we feel, we feel and we heal.

There are many types of breathworks offered today.  Conscious Connected Breathwork is done with an open mouth accompanied by music. The open mouth brings more oxygen into the brain and the whole body in a faster way and it allows us to express anything that has not been expressed before. This is not a comfortable way of breathing which helps to focus more actively on the breath.

It is best to breathe consciously on a regular basis but you can already experience the benefits of your breath even on one session.

When we were children and faced with any kind of stress the fist thing we did we withheld our breath. By connecting our breath with our feelings or anything we had to hide is liberating.

Our breath can help us heal parts in us that we had to neglect or abandon. The pain, the impact of a past experience usually means losing connection with Self or a part of ourselves. As we breath with awareness we give ourselves the possibility to restore that connection which once was lost.

I am offering breathwork 1-1 and in groups as well.

Benefits of Breathwork:

Breathwork helps us gain mental clarity and also let go of negativity, habits and beliefs that no longer serve us and are harmful to us and instead establish others that benefit us.

It can also help relieve pain, insomnia, digestive problems, high blood pressure and especially low energy. Also to improve concentration, creativity and cognitive performance.

Who do I recommend breathwork for?

I recommend breathwork for people who struggle with stress, fear or anxiety and who want greater self-awareness, love, and compassion. Studies show that it can reduce symptoms associated with depression, PTSD and insomnia and ADD. The breath is a natural remedy to improve relationships, generating greater mental clarity, purpose, greater physical health and direction in life. One session can be life-changing but as with most things we need regular practice to experience its benefits. Conscious Connected Breathwork is done with an open mouth and is followed by music and by the guidance of the facilitator. A typical session is about one hour long.

Breathwork is a tool in finding the path to yourself & working with your nervous system

Why to Attend?

My relationship with breath began about twenty years ago, but never at such depth as through Conscious Connected Breathwork. Breathwork has a profound and transformative effect; it has helped me release past burdens & difficult emotions more quickly than anything else I have experienced & it is a great tool to connect with joyful feelings and meaningful insights. Even today, staying loyal to this path can be challenging, yet the breathwork community that we create has immense support. My aim has always been to remain connected to my True Self and through the breath, we strengthen that connection, refining our path toward the brilliance within us.

Come and join us for the next breathwork session!

Nia

NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)
It is a holistic movement form; simple steps to feel better. It is the combination of eastern marshal arts (Tai Chi, Aikido, Taekwondo), dance forms (Jazz, Modern & Duncan) and healing methods (Yoga, Alexander and Feldenkrais).  Perfectly chosen music makes it magical and it is very gentle with our joints. I don’t think there’s another sport where this is so important.

Why to Attend?

I love to share what nurtures me. I’m regularly able to release deeply seated emotions during a NIA session. 💃💚💃  NIA promotes physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being. It is so much more than movement! The NIA community is such a beautiful bunch of souls; they feel like best sisters and brothers.
